Ascot Vale Osteopathy was established in 2008, and since day 1 we have offered the best in proactive and preventative osteopathic care - for injury treatment and management. We aim to educate each patient to understand their condition and diagnosis. Empowering each patient via injury education, home based techniques, stretching and rehabilitation exercises, we get the patient moving as quickly as possible, pain free, and returning to everyday activities.
