BETR, a Melbourne-based digital bookmaker, was facing ongoing frustrations with their video conferencing—poor audio, inconsistent performance, and subpar visuals.

Tasman AV stepped in to conduct a full system audit, identifying the key issues and delivering a tailored solution designed to completely transform their meeting experience.

The upgrade included Yamaha’s ADECIA solution with a ceiling microphone featuring steerable lobes, Yamaha in-ceiling POE speakers , and a Yamaha DSP for crystal-clear audio throughout the space. Paired with a MAXHUB Microsoft Teams Room system and a Biamp Vidi 280 dual-lens camera, the result is seamless, high-quality video conferencing.

Tasman AV on behalf of ASAHI Beverages has implemented a state-of-the-art Logistics Control Tower featuring a large-scale video wall composed of 12 x 55-inch Ultra High Definition (4K) commercial-grade panels, arranged in a 6 x 2 configuration. This creates an impressive display spanning 7.2 metres wide by 1.3 metres high, delivering a seamless, high-impact visual workspace.

At the core of the solution is a custom digital canvas processing system, enabling ASAHI to segment and layer the display into multiple zones. This allows simultaneous viewing of diverse data sources—ranging from nationwide weather maps to live traffic alerts—all accessible instantly at the touch of a button. The system provides a unified, real-time operational overview on a single expansive screen.

Enhancing the solution further is a custom USB frame touch sensor that surrounds the entire video wall. This transforms the display from a passive viewing surface into an interactive control interface, allowing users to intuitively manage and manipulate content directly via touch.

The entire system is seamlessly integrated and managed through RTI control, providing centralised, reliable control over all components and ensuring a streamlined user experience.

The result is a powerful, interactive command centre that enables faster decision-making, improves operational visibility, and sets a new benchmark for intelligent logistics control environments.

Loreto Crescent Theatre Outdoor Area

Tasman AV delivered a high-performance outdoor AV solution for Loreto Toorak’s open-air theatre, engineered for clarity, coverage, and ease of use in a challenging outdoor environment.

Using precision audio-mapping software, our designers achieved accurate sound dispersion and consistent coverage throughout the space.

The system features FOHHN LXP-150 passive full-range line-source loudspeakers, mounted on FOHHN WS-7 brackets with a precise 3-degree tilt, powered by a FOHHN MA-2 amplifier for clean, controlled output.

Wireless performance is ensured via discreetly mounted Sennheiser passive antennas, providing full-area RF coverage for Evolution Series handheld microphones. For added flexibility, outdoor-rated dual XLR wall plates support external mixing consoles for live events, while a Bluetooth wall plate enables simple wireless audio playback.

System processing and control are handled by an Extron DMP 64 DSP, finely tuned for maximum performance, integrated over a Netgear AV network switch, and operated via an intuitive Extron TLP Pro touch panel.

Completed ahead of schedule before Christmas, the result is a refined, reliable, and technically robust outdoor AV solution.

CR Kennedy Main Function Room

Tasman AV was engaged to design and implement a modern AV solution for an aging function room that hosts important product launches and high-impact presentations. The space had long struggled with acoustic reverberation issues, making clarity and audience engagement a challenge.

Our team happily accepted the brief — and the result was nothing short of outstanding. Through thoughtful engineering, acoustic-focused design, and seamless integration of new technology, the room has been completely transformed.

BROADSHEET MARKETING Head Office

Cutting edge AV hardware to facilitate in house and live streaming of marketing pitches, internal meetings, and the Friday night drinks!

Hardware consisted of a LG 4K 86 Inch TV suspended off a floating dual column ceiling bracket. AVER 4K PTZ camera is mounted in the middle of room pointing towards the presenter with auto framing enabled making sure the camera follows the presenter in a nice and natural manner. BIAMP pendent voice re-enforced speakers line the ceiling distributing audio evenly. Two wireless DANTE Sennheiser handheld microphones capture the presenters audio as well as any questions the audience may have. The BIAMP X400 Digital Signal Processor brings all the audio properties together programmed with acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) blocks eliminating noise and transmitting only the clearest of audio to the internal speakers and to all live streaming presentations. The RTI control system has been programmed for simplicity so users can operate with confidence.

One School Global - Bendigo Campus
After successfully completing One School Global Officer Campus Gymnasium, another request for the Bendigo campus was asked for. We happily obliged with an Epson 4 K LASER projector and massive 250 Inch screen. Speakers included 4 x VEXO DANTE powered speakers. Laptop inputs consisted of Blustream HDBASE T HDMI coupled with relevant receiver. AVER PTZ camera was also installed to make sure all assembles could be streamed via the CYNAP Pure Pro wireless device using TEAMS. 4 x Sennheiser Wireless microphones capture, allow for voice reinforcement and RTI control makes using this solution a breeze.
