Tasman AV on behalf of ASAHI Beverages has implemented a state-of-the-art Logistics Control Tower featuring a large-scale video wall composed of 12 x 55-inch Ultra High Definition (4K) commercial-grade panels, arranged in a 6 x 2 configuration. This creates an impressive display spanning 7.2 metres wide by 1.3 metres high, delivering a seamless, high-impact visual workspace.
At the core of the solution is a custom digital canvas processing system, enabling ASAHI to segment and layer the display into multiple zones. This allows simultaneous viewing of diverse data sources—ranging from nationwide weather maps to live traffic alerts—all accessible instantly at the touch of a button. The system provides a unified, real-time operational overview on a single expansive screen.
Enhancing the solution further is a custom USB frame touch sensor that surrounds the entire video wall. This transforms the display from a passive viewing surface into an interactive control interface, allowing users to intuitively manage and manipulate content directly via touch.
The entire system is seamlessly integrated and managed through RTI control, providing centralised, reliable control over all components and ensuring a streamlined user experience.
The result is a powerful, interactive command centre that enables faster decision-making, improves operational visibility, and sets a new benchmark for intelligent logistics control environments.
