Just completed my CPR and First Aid training with ! Always good to refresh these vital skills — you never know when they might make a difference ❤️‍🩹⁣

I reckon I have completed 10+ first aid courses over the years and I’ve lost count on CPR training. Gone are the days where the first aid course was 2.5 days long. Training is now more accessible than ever 🙌

How fabulous is my terrarium looking? 😍 Fun fact about me, I am an expert in taking care of the soft tissue therapy requirements for the gardeners out there, but I am absolutely THE WORST when it comes to keeping plants alive ⁣

✨ Plastic Vacuum Cups⁣
✔️ Use a manual pump to create suction — allowing for precise control over the pressure.⁣
✔️ Great for static cupping (leaving cups in place) or gentle movement.⁣
✔️ More rigid, so they hold their shape and stay firmly in place.⁣
⁣
✨ Silicone Cups⁣
✔️ Soft and flexible — you simply squeeze to create suction.⁣
✔️ Perfect for dynamic (gliding) cupping, as they move smoothly over the skin.⁣
✔️ Gentle and comfortable, especially helpful for sensitive areas or first-timers.⁣
