We have created Touched by Yoga as an inclusive, safe space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and the world around them in a fun, uplifting and environment. Whether you are a movement/sport enthusiast or a first-time yoga participant, you will discover something meaningful to you amongst our offerings and we look forward to taking that journey with you!

Our Story...

Based out of an Australian National Heritage site, the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia, Touched by Yoga is deeply rooted in wellbeing and the human connection to nature. We provide a plethora of wellbeing classes and experiences including yoga, movement, massage (touch), meditation and retreats.

By creating meaningful experiences that are centred around mindfulness, we aim to feed your curiosity with endless opportunities for self discovery.

Unveil your personal yoga practice holistically at one of our customised retreats, trainings or workshops, delivered worldwide in an array of hand-picked tranquil, motivating and naturally beautiful environments that will enrich and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.

The intention behind sharing the wellness therapies and activities described in these pages, is to inspire individuals to embark on their journey to healing, wellness and simply living. All of the modalities we share, teach or provide, have had a profound and positive impact on our own healing and happiness and we can attest to their potency.
