Feel inspired on and off your mat. A supportive and friendly class to help you gently tone, improve flexibility and strengthen your body, ease mental tension and sooth the mind. Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility. Begin with gentle movements, followed by postures to make you strong then breathing techniques that can energise or relax, meditation to calm the mind followed by Yoga Nidra a deep relaxation. Yoga is about living in the moment whether in class or in everyday life. Everyone needs to find serenity and a sense of peace so come along take your place on the mat and leave feeling deeply relaxed, centred and grounded.

Energise Your Life is a 5-week yoga and meditation journey designed to help you reconnect with your natural source of energy—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through breath, movement, mindfulness, and stillness, you’ll learn simple, powerful practices to restore balance and boost vitality.

This series is for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey. You’ll walk away from each session feeling lighter, stronger, and more grounded in yourself.
