2024 I set a goal of 15,000 steps every single day — and I did it 💪

2025 was meant to continue the same… but on 30 December my watch died, as in, i blew it up! 😅

Lucky for me, I started this challenge two days early back in 2023, which means I still officially hit my 2-year goal of 15k steps every day 🎉

Consistency > perfection.

Now to buy a new watch and on to the next challenge 🚶‍♀️🔥

🔥 Barbell Hip Thrusts: 35kg ➜ 45kg
🔥 Sit-Ups (Weighted): 8kg ➜ 12kg
🔥 Alternating DB Bench Press: 8kg ➜ 12kg
🔥 Lat Pulldown: 45kg ➜ 70kg

For the past 19 days, I’ve been walking and running my way through the Run Against Violence Challenge — covering 130km in total. That’s an average of 7km every single day… rain, hail, or shine. 🌧☀️💪

It’s always a tough commitment, but every step is worth it to raise awareness and stand in solidarity against family violence.

Feeling proud to have completed it once again! 👟✨
