We are a team consisting of a primary Chiropractor (Dr. Jason Lejcak) with remedial massage therapist (Mark Umana) who's aim is to provide an affordable , detailed and clinically beneficial experience. What separates Body Align from other Chiropractic clinics is we provide BOTH Deep tissue treatment combined with chiropractic care, acupuncture, dry needling, heat treatment and cupping ALL in the one consultation. Body Align Recovery is a team dedicated to providing premium recovery and wellness services to the everyday person. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, amateur sportsmen, office worker or professional athlete Body Align can cater for all walks of life. Our goal is to implement many modalities of treatment to our clientele exposing them greater results and unlocking their bodies full potential. From humble beginnings practising out of consult rooms in gymnasiums across Melbourne, Victoria. Owners Dr. Jason Lejcak (Chiropractor) and Mark Umana (Sports Remedial Therapist) had a vision of providing clients with a thorough, affordable and very hands on experience during treatment. This included being treated by both practitioners in the single consult exposing them to both the soft tissue benefits of deep tissue massage, cupping and dry needling with the manual treatment of chiropractic adjustments (manipulation). The vision has now progressed one step further combining all previous locations into a super clinic implementing state of the art recovery and wellness equipment to add to the hands on experience. Services found include: Chiropractic, Remedial massage, Myotherapy, Cryotherapy, Infared Sauna, Zero gravity float pods, Altitude training and more to come in the near future. Clients often are unsure whether their problem is muscular in origin or joint related. Body Align Recovery covers all spectrums of treatment giving the client an array of options in which they are comfortable in choosing.
