✨ Meet Connie Vakanis – Our New Naturopath at Me Time Wellness ✨

We are so excited to welcome Connie Vakanis to our team this October! 💚

Connie is a degree-qualified Naturopath, specialising in Gut Health. Her journey began with her own struggles with gut health and anxiety, as well as supporting one of her children through similar challenges. This personal experience fuels her passion for helping others restore balance and wellbeing naturally 🌱

With a background in:

✔️ Functional Medicine
✔️ Kinesiology
✔️ Herbal Teas (as a certified Tea Master with her own brand MeVa Co)

Connie combines science, holistic care, and the healing power of food to create sustainable pathways to health. She has also run gut health workshops, showing how food can be both medicine and delicious. 🍲✨
