- Mission mini wrap
- 150g chicken thigh
- 25g Garlic aioli
- 250g white potatoes
- Oil 120
Total: Around 755 calories

Lower calorie swap:

- Mission low carb wrap
- 150g chicken breast
- 25g Perrinaise sauce
- 250g 25% Woolworths less carb potatoes
Total: Around 435 calories

My brother is DOWN 51kg BABY! Watching my brother do this has been next level. Honestly being proud doesn’t even cut it. I can’t even put into words how it feels to see him do this🔥🔥

I’ve seen the hard work. I’ve seen him grinding when no one was looking and I’ve seen him completely flip his mindset. Doing the work when no one is watching is what matters most.

It’s not just about the weight he lost but the man he’s become in the process. The discipline he shows every single day and the way he gets it done regardless of how he feels is what I’m most proud of🙌🏾

Seeing him take control of his life and become a completely different person physically and mentally is fu***ng amazing. To see the confidence he has now and the way he carries himself is the best part of all of this. You’re a machine brother and I am so proud of you. You’re a massive inspiration to everyone watching❤️

Easy high volume salad🔥🤝🏾

Ingredients:

* 100g beans
* 100g corn
* 200g capsicum
* 100g tomato
* 100g cucumber
* Red onion
* Garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika

Sauce:
* 30g lite yogurt
* 30g perrnaise
* Squeeze of lime juice

Method:
1. Toss your corn in a pan on the stove with a bit of paprika and roast it until it’s charred
2. Chop your salad veggies and throw them into a large bowl with the beans and roasted corn
3. Mix your lite yogurt, perrnaise, lime juice, and seasonings together, then pour it over the top and give it a good mix

You can add any protein source of your choice for extra protein🙌🏾

Around 350 calories and 15g of fibre
Save this for your next quick meal🤝🏾
