Easy high protein pasta salad👌🏾

Ingredients:

* 70g San Remo pulse pasta (raw)
* 120g chicken breast (raw)
* 30g capsicum
* 30g tomatoes
* Spinach (handful)
* Salt, pepper, paprika for seasoning

Sauce:

* 20g low fat Greek yoghurt
* 15g perinaise sauce

Method:

Boil pasta and cook chicken (season with salt, pepper, paprika)
Add spinach to a bowl, then pasta, capsicum, tomatoes, and chicken

in a bowl mix your greet yoghurt and perinaise together for the sauce, pour over the top, shake/mix it up and you’re done🔥

Around 480 calories and 47g protein
