13.55kg down in 12 weeks for this busy dad!!🔥
 My guy has been crushing it. Right in time for Christmas🙏🏾

The goal was to get under 100kg by the end of our 12 weeks and he did exactly that👏🏾

He didn’t wait for the ‘right time’ bu****it either. Life was busy the whole way through. He had is son’s first birthday, a mate’s wedding, family down from overseas. But that didn’t stop him

He stayed consistent, kept his daily walks up with the family, and did the work week after week

You just can’t stop a man on a mission🔥🔥
My cousin has dropped 44kg in 6 months!! This is exactly what happens when you stop waiting for the right time and finally back yourself🙌🏾

We kept it simple because simple works. He implemented intermittent fasting because it suited his lifestyle and helped him stay consistent, and he did all of this while being a busy dad with a full life, constant responsibilities, and plenty of moments where it would have been easier to put himself last. But he committed from day one and started exactly where he was💯
