#16 & #21 is a representation of 2 years of work, going from ground floor, injured + pain, learning, adapting, persevering and then executing.
I was Bailey's first coach, but she was also the first person I got the opportunity to coach in Powerlifting. She helped me grow the team of misfits to what it is today. I feel more pride in seeing her name, and the others names, in lights than I ever did seeing mine. Let's never forget, leading athletes is an opportunity and responsibility not to be taken for granted.
Thank you to Osteo In Port for giving me a platform to have the best job (buisness now too, I guess?) in the world.

Feet and ankle rehab is tough. And a delayed diagnosis can add MONTHS to recovery.
I had the unfortunate job of explaining to a patient that the hospital missed their ankle fracture (8 weeks after the fact), and told them to go get another scan.
I'd put recovery for an ankle fracture between 3-6 months if it all goes well. I feel like in this case, every week of delay has added a month of recovery. We are currently at 11 months of on and off care (life stress).
Range deficit is down to 15-20%.However, what remains is a 77% strength deficit, so that means hard work.

Also I am 90% certain the 2XL and the 3XL sizing is backwards. So 2XL = 73.5, 3XL 80cm half chest.
