Making salsa from my 3x6 courtyard garden. I picked so many that I've made two bottles of sauce. My dad couldn't believe it nor could I.

How I made the sauce:
We used a tomatoes 🍅 mincer that separates out the peel and seed to leave behind the juicy liquid. Then I pan fried 1 brown onion with salt and pepper until golden brown with garlic for flavour. I chopped up fresh basil and added that at the end. Stirring it through the sauce, I then bottled it in sterilised bottles ans boiled for an hour.
Home made sauce here I come!! So easy and free!
