If you have NDIS funding, you may be wondering how to choose between a registered provider over an independent support worker.

At C2A, we believe the choice comes down to trust, training and safety.

All of our disability support workers hold relevant training and qualifications and also have client-centred training in areas such as epilepsy management, behaviour support and medication management.

With clinical governance and accreditations in place, families know their loved ones are supported safely and professionally.

Send us a message or call 1300 111 212 to find out more.

What's the biggest difference about C2A?

For one thing, we offer both centre-based and community-based programs, so participants can enjoy safe, structured environments or explore activities in the wider community.

From cooking and gardening programs to discobility and urban adventures, we build confidence through development of everyday life skills and creating new experiences.

Thinking about joining one of C2A's Disability Programs?

Here’s what happens when you get in touch:

1️⃣ Initial chat – We’ll talk through your needs, goals and NDIS plan (or where you’re at if you’re still waiting on one). This helps us understand what support or programs might be right for you.

2️⃣ Visit a centre – You’re welcome to come and see one of our sites, meet the team and look at the programs in action. Families and support coordinators are encouraged to join.

3️⃣ Tailored recommendations – Based on your goals, we’ll suggest programs or supports that fit best, whether that’s community programs, supported employment, or one-to-one support.

4️⃣ Getting started – If it’s the right fit, we’ll finalise the paperwork and create an individual plan. Depending on staffing and NDIS funding, some participants can start within a week.

5️⃣ Ongoing support – Once you’ve started, our team checks in regularly to make sure your goals are being met, and programs can be adjusted along the way.

At every step, our focus is on making the process smooth, supportive and centred on you.
