The relationship you have with yourself quietly shows others how you will accept being treated.

When you begin to see your body as just one part of a much larger and richer identity, something shifts. You stop dating from fear of not being chosen, and you start dating from curiosity about whether the other person is right for you.

This Valentine’s Day, the invitation is to notice whether you’re offering yourself the same loyalty, compassion, kindness and respect that you freely extend to others.

“As GLP-1 drugs become more widely available in Australia, experts are calling for stricter prescribing rules, eating disorder screenings and additional medical support for patients due to concerns they are triggering new eating disorders in some patients, while sending those with a history of anorexia into relapses that require hospital care.”

We’ve lowered the age range for our practice, so now along with adult clients, we’re also seeing people aged 16+. Our particular focus in this 16-18 age group is ‘mature minors’ who are looking for therapy to bridge the gap between child and family focused approaches, and those more suited to independent adults. We’re happy to see people with Eating Disorders, but also broader mental health concerns, and our therapists all practice from a neurodivergent friendly, trauma aware perspective. Contact our Admin team if you’d like to know more.
