I think that the natural world provides all the spiritual 'oopmh' that any person could possibly need.
I feel that a forest is a living cathedral.

Not everyone needs to ascribe a name to God/ Goddess or the Creator beings but some of us do actually need that in order to make sense of the world.

Identification of such things is important for many people in order to have spiritual discourse at all and labels for such things are necessary in order share ideas, concepts, teachings or moral codes of conduct.
I do enjoy a good fairy tale or a First Nations myth.

Some folks find meaning in the Christian bible.
I never found it to be useful because of the concept around 'man having dominion over nature'.
We are not seperate from nature. We are OF nature and have an equal role to play in the order of ecological systems and time itself.
When we die our corpses will feed microbes and bugs.
No room for ego there. We will be food one day. It's a cycle that one cannot escape. It goes on forever and ever and ever.

There are many cultures in the world who's moral conduct and spirituality has grown from a concious connection with the land itself.

If you're looking for a God/Goddess to comfort you and offer advice then why not go for walk in a park, smell a flower, hug a tree or talk to a bird. Feel your part in the cycle and try to find your place in the grand dance.

I promise that you will feel a loving presence right away and you won't be as lonely once you relaize that everything is indeed actually connected.
