Eat Love Live

Eat Love Live Healing relationships with food & the body holistically. Dietetics & nutrition, physiotherapy & more Welcome to Eat Love Live!

Eat Love Live is a team of dietitians and health professionals who help clients heal relationships with food and the body holistically, and with heart. Eat Love Live specialise in nutrition counselling, eating disorder treatment, support with disordered eating, non-dieting health management, general health and wellbeing. Our client services include dietetics and nutrition, physiotherapy and music therapy, with education and supervision on offer to health professionals. We are a dynamic, compassionate and inclusive organisation that strives to foster a brave space where clients feel supported, safe and empowered. We are committed to challenging the normalised rhetoric of diet culture and oppression of people in marginalised bodies and identities. We advocate at a systemic level, intra personal level and continually evaluate our own internalised bias in an aim to be the most supportive practitioners we can for our clients. As practitioners, we uphold the values of inclusion, respect, and empathy. We intend to work with integrity and courage; holding space to have tough, meaningful and necessary conversations. We do not believe that people need to ‘tick a box' to be worthy of treatment but rather that all distress around food and body is valid and deserves support. We aim to work collaboratively with clients, supporting and empowering them to be driving their own treatment. We assist clients to make lasting changes to their health behaviours which have a significant impact on decreasing their risk of illness. We are passionate about helping people to build a more positive relationship with food and their body. Fostering a connection with hunger and satiety and listening to these internal cues rather than external cues like time and place. We live in a culture so oppressive of anyone who doesn’t fit the ‘ideal’ and so confused about what ‘Health’ really is. At Eat Love Live we aim to provide a safe place where you can break down this information to determine what is real and what is not and most importantly what it means for you and your body! We believe that you are the expert of your body. We have the skills to help you get back to listening to it and trusting it. We are experienced health professionals who work with empathy, kindness and compassion. We have a host of clinical and life experiences and are ready to work with you where ever your journey begins.

This Webinar Is for You If…

You’re thinking about GLP-1s and want real information, not marketing spin.

You’re already using a GLP-1 and want to understand side effects, plateaus, and long-term impacts.

You’re unsure who to trust and want unbiased, weight-inclusive guidance.

You’ve been impacted by weight stigma or diet culture and want to make decisions from a place of body autonomy, not pressure.

You want to understand the psychological, physical, financial, and social realities of GLP-1 use.

You want to talk to your healthcare team feeling empowered, informed, and in control.

💬 “I’m not sick enough to get help.”
We hear this all the time — but here’s the truth:
You don’t need to look a certain way, reach a certain weight, or hit “rock bottom” to deserve support.

Eating disorders come in all shapes and sizes, and every struggle with food, body image, or self-worth is valid. 💛

At Eat Love Live, we meet you where you are — no judgment, just understanding and care.

🌿 If you’re struggling, you’re deserving. Full stop.

💙 November is National Diabetes Month

At Eat Love Live, we’re honouring everyone living with diabetes — and shining a light on the importance of compassionate, balanced care.

💭 Food and health can feel complicated when diabetes is part of your story. But you deserve support that focuses on nourishment, not restriction — and care that sees the whole you, not just your blood sugar numbers.

This month, let’s:
🌿 Challenge diet culture messages that create fear around food.
💬 Talk about the emotional side of diabetes management.
💙 Support a gentle, sustainable approach to eating and wellbeing.

You are not defined by your diagnosis. You are worthy of care that helps you feel empowered, not controlled.

💭 Should you wait to seek help for an eating disorder?
The short answer: no.

If you think you or someone you love might be struggling, now is the right time to reach out. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or to feel “sick enough” to deserve support — early help can make recovery gentler and more effective. 💛

At Eat Love Live, we’re here to listen, guide, and help you take those first steps toward healing — whenever you’re ready.

🌿 You deserve support. You deserve recovery. You deserve peace with food and your body.
