Ellie’s story with F45 started on the other side of the room — as a member.

Ellie came to F45 as a dancer wanting to build strength and protect her body from injury. But what she found was more than just physical progress. The gym became her safe space, her outlet, and a place that supported her mental health when she needed it most.
