The ProMotion Prosthetics Team had the opportunity to attend this year’s AOPA Congress — a fantastic gathering of the O&P community where we stayed at the forefront of the latest advancements, networked with peers and exhibitors, reconnected with old colleagues and met new ones.
A special shout-out to Megg who presented on the Suralis feedback system for phantom pain and enhanced gait — a ground-breaking topic we’re proud to support. And to Nat who sat on a panel discussion sharing insights on onboarding and training prosthetic technicians, and her experiences in doing so at ProMotion Prosthetics.
We’re thankful to Jakub, who volunteered as a demo client in the sponsored workshop “Efficient Socket Fabrication with Amparo Majicast” — we appreciate his generous contribution to the community’s learning.
Congratulations to Rhys and Che on being awarded the Grace Baron Memorial Prize for best technical presenter, their deep dive into galvanic corrosion of aluminum when in contact with carbon was a true standout — ProMotion Prosthetics is proud to sponsor this prize in memory of Grace, and honoured to see impactful technical talent recognised.
At ProMotion Prosthetics, we do what we do so that our clients receive the best possible care — advancing our knowledge, refining our practices, and investing in our team ensures we stay true to that commitment.
What a rewarding week — we return energised, inspired and ready to keep elevating the standard of service for our clients.
