There was a time when I thought secondary infertility had taken everything from me. But what I didn’t know then was that it was actually leading me to healing — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. 🌿

My book, Infertility Saved My Life: Healing PCOS from the Inside Out, is a story of hope and a reminder that even in our hardest seasons, something beautiful can grow. 🌸

It’s about finding peace in the middle of pain, strength in surrender and purpose in the places we never thought to look.

If you’ve ever faced a moment that broke you open, this book will remind you that healing is possible — from the inside out. 💫

📖✨ Available from global retailers and bookstores.

What do you say to someone after a miscarriage?

It’s a question many people silently wrestle with — afraid to say the wrong thing, but unsure how to say the right one.

After my own miscarriages, I realised that what comforted me most wasn’t perfect words — it was compassion. Presence. The simple act of someone saying, “I’m here.”

In my latest article, I share:

❌ What not to say – even when your intentions are kind.
✅ What does help – gentle words and small gestures that truly support someone through loss.
🕊️ How to show up for those grieving with empathy and understanding.

If you’ve ever wanted to support someone through pregnancy loss, or if you’ve walked this path yourself, this is for you. 💛

The Oasis concert in Melbourne on Friday night was full of incredible energy and emotion. It was a powerful reminder of how music connects us, heals us and carries us through life’s highs and lows. 🌙

Hearing my 19-year-old son, Isaac, sing every word to each song, surrounded by thousands of voices across generations, was something I’ll never forget. 🎶

✨ Some of the most profound and deeply sacred moments arrive quietly and simply.

Last week, an echidna wandered around my feet completely unafraid. Usually shy and elusive, this gentle creature lingered as if to remind me of something ancient and true. That when our energy is calm and our hearts are open, nature feels it too.

In that stillness, time softened. I felt the power of presence, the kind that awakens when we’re fully here, when we’re not reaching, not rushing, just being. 🌿

On a spiritual journey, it’s often the smallest encounters that hold the greatest wisdom. A humble echidna, a shared moment of trust, a whisper from the Earth showing us that peace and connection can be found when we least expect it. 🌏💫

Standing among the redwoods, I’m reminded how much we’re like the trees. 🌲

We’re at our strongest when we’re grounded, yet we thrive as we reach for the light.

We shed what no longer serves us, adapt to the seasons and keep growing even when it’s unseen. 🌿

Just like the trees, we’re part of something greater, connected to the earth and the breath of life. There’s a quiet wisdom that always moves through everything. Are you brave enough to listen? 💚

“Step to your edge and breathe; that’s where your power awakens.“ Sarah Willoughby

In yoga, we say “find your edge.”

It’s the place where your body and mind experience just enough discomfort to allow expansion and growth, but not enough to be painful.

When we understand that the edge isn’t where we break or fall, but where we begin to unfold and rise, true transformation becomes possible.

If you’re ready to begin this powerful journey, let’s chat. 🌸

I’m deeply honoured to have been recognised as one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Thinkers on Mental Health in 2025 by Thinkers360.

This acknowledgement isn’t about a title. It’s a reflection of something much bigger. Mental health matters. It touches every part of our lives: how we show up for ourselves, for others and for the world around us.

Over the years, I’ve lost too many people to mental health struggles. It’s a painful reminder of why this work matters to me. No one should ever feel isolated in their pain or believe that things can’t change.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with people as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. What continues to inspire me is the strength that emerges when we start talking openly, listen without judgement and realise we’re not alone in what we feel.

There’s still work to do in workplaces, communities and in our own self-awareness, but every conversation helps to shift the stigma and create more understanding and compassion.

Thank you to everyone who continues to advocate, support and show up for this important cause. Together, we’re changing the way we think and talk about mental health. 💙
