Holiday hampers really do make a difference 💚

" I received a holiday hamper and felt eternally grateful. I volunteered to help pack some last week, and seeing the effort that goes into each one made receiving mine feel extra special. It was a lovely reminder that small acts of care can make a big difference especially this holiday season."

We are deeply saddened by the Bondi terror attack and the tragic loss of so many lives. Our hearts are with our local Jewish community and we’re here to support young people and families.

We recognise the impact that such an incident can take on our mental wellbeing. It is natural to feel shock, disbelief, fear, anger and sadness during these times.

These holiday hampers will be gifted to young people and their families who are receiving support through our headspace Early Psychosis program.

Special shout outs to Chelsea Primary School, Tara (one of our volunteer Mum's!) and The Alfred staff and volunteers!

headspace Bentleigh Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) members Jane, Silas and Rose developed and facilitated a Q***r Workshop for the headspace Early Psychosis team.

The workshop includes

🌈 Q&A with young people’s voices
🌈 group reflection!
