Everyone that knows me knows I am always on about self care. It is super important for workers to also practice self care on a regular basis as how can I look after your loved ones if I don’t look after myself??? So in January I took some time out for 5 days for some self care with my family. I recharged the batteries and enjoyed the sea breeze in my hair. I came back all ready to go for another busy year.
Self-care for workers reduces stress, prevents burnout, and boosts productivity by providing essential mental and physical breaks. By fostering resilience, enhancing focus, and improving overall well-being,, employees can better manage work demands, resulting in higher job satisfaction, fewer sick days, and improved, sustained performance.

I always love working with my artist client and getting my hands dirty.
Painting is one of the most relaxing activities one can indulge in. It gives you different feelings and emotions that are hard to transcribe into words. A sense of happiness, achievement, and a confidence boost are some of the feelings that you get whenever you delve into the creative process of painting. I certainly was very proud of my master pieces that I created 😊
