We are a Family specialist practice, where patients receive one on one personal care from our Specialist Orthodontists. You won’t see production line orthodontics here as we believe each patient is unique, and deserves the best customized care. Personal attention will be given and we take a caring, honest and understanding approach. No matter how big or small the work you require, we strive to bring you a smile that you will be proud of through a pleasant treatment experience.

To our Modern Orthodontics family,

Please be aware that we will be closing from 21st December and will reopen on the 5th January 2026.

In case of emergencies, the Northcote clinic will be open on Tuesday 23rd December, 9am - 1pm. The Burwood clinic will be open on Tuesday 30th December, 9am-1pm.

Should you require an emergency appointment, please contact us via email or leave a voicemail and we will get back to you promptly.

The front desk will be open for phone calls and email correspondence only, on Monday 22nd December and Monday 29th December.
