We have a heavy retrograde line up at the moment and people are feeling it. If you have been wondering why everyone is acting strange or why your emotions are all over the place this is why.

TA**US FULL SUPER MOON: NOVEMBER 5

"The Full Moon is occurring in Ta**us at 13 degrees on November 5 at 8:19 AM ET.
This Ta**us Full Super Moon is telling us to let go of what no longer fits. This can be a call to purge, to burn the past, and to give up past grievances. This aspect is connected to grief, loss, and separation. It can be very heavy as it can lead to feelings of having no future, fear of what is to come, and empty legacies.

We are reminded during this energy not to spend time focusing on lost opportunities, grudges, and bad feelings from the past. In the past there may have been too much focus on these and the time has come to move on. This is a sign that the time has come to grow in new directions and to leave the past behind once and for all. One step at a time we can move towards the future that we desire.

This Full Moon is also telling us to beware of carrying the weight for others and taking all the burden on yourself. This can put too much on ourselves and not enough responsibility for others causing us to be drained and others not to do their fair share. Some may only look towards us when they need something. RELATIONSHIP SHIFT AFFIRMATION

Our thoughts are important in the creation of our beliefs. How we frame these thoughts can cause us to become stuck in a negative belief pattern. If we find ourselves stuck in a negative thought pattern, we need to actively seek to shift it. One area that commonly holds shadow for many of us can be relationships.

Stuck pattern of belief:

Shift It:
