âšWhen we help our bodies adjust and get back to homeostasis - that natural state of balance itâs always trying to return to , everything changes. This is true for ladies on or off HRT.
đ„Our energy feels steadier, our moods lift, our bodies starts working with us instead of against us.
đ„° Iâm just not a fan of extreme restriction and you wonât find advice like give up wine here!
I just donât want to live like that, so why would the ladies I work withâŠ?
For some women, that might include a glass of wine with friends. For others, KFC on a Friday night.
The point is, itâs about choice and living midlife on your terms.
If someoneâs telling you to weigh every meal, give up everything you love, or live by a long list of âdonâts,â theyâre not teaching you how to thrive in midlifeâŠ
đTheyâre just showing you how to survive it.
And this stage of life is far too precious for that.
We deserve to celebrate our bodies and feel amazing in them, itâs our wellness that matters.
