👉Menopause isn’t a time to strip away every little thing you enjoy just to fit into someone else’s “healthy box”.

đŸ’« I believe when we listen to our body, we can more easily implement simple yet powerful steps that fit in with our life and create positive change without misery.

✹When we help our bodies adjust and get back to homeostasis - that natural state of balance it’s always trying to return to , everything changes. This is true for ladies on or off HRT.

đŸ’„Our energy feels steadier, our moods lift, our bodies starts working with us instead of against us.

đŸ„° I’m just not a fan of extreme restriction and you won’t find advice like give up wine here!

I just don’t want to live like that, so why would the ladies I work with
?

For some women, that might include a glass of wine with friends. For others, KFC on a Friday night.
The point is, it’s about choice and living midlife on your terms.

If someone’s telling you to weigh every meal, give up everything you love, or live by a long list of “don’ts,” they’re not teaching you how to thrive in midlife


😌They’re just showing you how to survive it.

And this stage of life is far too precious for that.

We deserve to celebrate our bodies and feel amazing in them, it’s our wellness that matters.

Menopause, autoimmunity, chronic exhaustion, constant stress!

Most of the women I work with come to me telling me “they have already tried everything”. 

They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled their way through years of overthinking.

Nutritionist plus Kinesiologist - and why it’s such a powerful combination.

Kinesiology is a gentle non invasive technique and is carried out with light comfortable clothing. As brain and body are intimately linked parts of a whole, muscle muscle monitoring looks past the symptoms in the physical body and into the biochemical and emotional environment of each individual. A Kinesiology balance uses muscle monitoring to locate energy imbalances which can then be cleared with gentle non invasive techniques, usually acupressure, often resulting in physical and emotional healing and personal growth in a client’s life.

For those clients wishing to work on digestive or nutritional issues, Kinesiology and Nutrition are an incredible combination of expertise. The way that I work, takes into consideration the body and person as a whole, even when doing “straight” nutrition consultations.

My initial consult often involves a lengthy chat in which I aim to build a relationship, really get to know you. I consider your lifestyle, obligations to family, work commitments your past experiences, family history and literally anything else that pops up along the way. These are what makes the difference when working on health issues, that no one else has got to the bottom of and helped you resolve. I work with you step by step, using a combination of Nutrition consults, Kinesiology sessions, or one or the other depending on your individualised treatment plan.
