We are a social enterprise and digital agency on a mission to empower people and tear down social barriers. We work with organisations, Government, businesses and other social enterprises to deliver strategic communications, production and creative commercial solutions while enhancing their ethical footprint. The spectrum of our services range from video and podcast production, website creation, Instagram campaigns, logo design, digital events, social impact strategies, cultivating a marketing plan and the list goes on. We consult with our clients about what’s changing in the world and how to analyse their prospects and adapt. Just Gold employs professionals from vulnerable groups such as sexuality, gender, disability or carers to produce a collaborative, informed and bespoke service to our clients. With our profits we offer pro-bono services to people and organisations working to end social issues but face barriers accessing effective programs or funds for their ventures.

Social enterprises sit at the intersection of community insight, innovation, and public value — bridging gaps that traditional sectors often overlook. They turn lived experience into strategy, creativity into impact, and inclusion into economic strength.

For us at Just Gold, contributing to this work isn’t a side note, it’s the core of our purpose.

Today’s Symposium sets the stage for the National Settlement Conference to follow, and we’re proud to support a sector where productivity is measured not just in output, but in opportunity, dignity, and belonging.

⭐ Last week, we joined Social Traders Australia and Mirvac Residential for their Social Enterprise Showcase—an inspiring day bringing together business and government buyers with certified social enterprises.

From powerful stories of impact to new connections built over shared purpose, it was a reminder that real change starts with real partnerships.

Since 2017, over $1.1 billion has been spent with social enterprises—creating 10,000 jobs and diverting more than 56,500 tonnes of waste from landfill. That’s the power of buying with purpose.

We remember the Stolen Generations and acknowledge the pain caused by the forced removal of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

It’s a day for truth, healing, and action—towards a more just and respectful future.

🚀 Interns Take Over! 🚀

This semester’s Just Gold x interns are here, and they’re bringing fresh ideas, big energy, and (let’s be real) way better TikTok skills than us!

They’ll be working across marketing, media, strategy, and social impact, getting hands-on experience while making their mark on some of our biggest projects. And as we count down to Think 3000 - , they’ll be taking over our TikTok—so expect behind-the-scenes chaos, conference prep, and maybe even a few questionable dance moves.
