Eltham Calisthenic College Karen Beer and her mother Gwen Beel founded Eltham Calisthenic College in 1975 when Karen was 16.

Throughout the years the College has grown to become a reputable competitive College with friendly dedicated and talented coaches. Our coaches are highly professional and committed to the girls, many of whom have been past pupils. All coaches are Accredited Level 1 Coaches and have obtained their First Aid and Working with Children Checks. Eltham Calisthenics strives to maintain a high standard, whilst providing fun and enjoyment through the many disciplines of Calisthenics. We are proud of our reputation as a friendly well run college.

Finishing up comp season with another Reserve Aggregate for our Juniors!! It’s been such an exciting year for you all, filled with personal bests and personal growth on so many levels. Congratulations to coaches Shauna, Taylah, Rosie, Emma, Ellouise, and helper Maddy on such a fantastic year in Premier 🏆

The subbies had another exciting end to the comp season, with the added magic of experiencing the Her Majesty’s stage for the very first time!! These little ladies have worked so hard this year, improving immensely from the very first class in February until their final competition this morning. Congratulations to coaches Mia, Georgie, Melissa, and Delia, along with the helpers Bethany, Abbey, Jordan, and Poppy, on a great year 🥰🥰

Another one of our sections finished up their comp season today - our Masters team full of lovely ladies!! This season has been full of personal bests, excitement, and good energy, with every single one of them giving 110% each and every comp. Congratulations to coaches Maggie and Cherie, and to all of the ladies on a great season 🤩🤩

Our Come and Try classes for Juniors-Masters are coming up quickly!!! We welcome everyone to come along and see what calisthenics is about, whether you’re new to the sport or you’re looking to join the blue and green team in 2026! We look forward to seeing some new faces 🥰🥰

Our Seniors also had a great competition, finishing off their first year back in Premier!! Lots of memories came back being on the beautiful Her Majesty’s stage - the emotions and the energy were high!
