New 5.0-star Review: "Carmen provided immense help in relieving my back and quad/calf pain, and also gave me feedback and tips on how to alleviate pain using foam rollers and stretches which I was not previously aware of. Her clinic is extremely spotless and clean and provides a comfortable environment for her patients. She is extremely acute in diagnosing the problem and was able to figure out the cause of my pain within minutes, and provided extremely helpful and easy to understand explanations on how the body works and how my pain may has arisen. I would not hesitate to come back to Carmen for any further physio needs."

I will not dwell on this as her attributes have been mentioned across numerous reviews.Similar to coming across a health professional that one treasures, Carmen is a physiotherapist who has earned my trust and resides firmly on that list. New 5.0-star Review: "Crossing paths with Carmen definitely felt like the light at the end of the tunnel after having back issues after a car accident.She was empathetic to my situation and jumped into gear with an action plan and liases with TAC frequently independently. She made the experience much less daunting than I had imagined. I couldn't say no to ongoing treatment after this experience and knowing her extensive work history. It was next level compared to treatment providers I've had in the past.She provides a range of treatments and ensures I'm part of the decision making process. She's highly organised in regards to documentation requirements, she's got a great set up with everything you need in a good location, it's always just you and her so it's nice and private. She uses an app that explains your exercise plans really well with visuals (a game changer for forgettfulness) which also has a reminder function, which is convenient. She tracks your progress carefully to determine what the next best step is.She's easy to get along with and would reccomend her to those I know. Her appt hours work well with full time work commitments too.Just go!!"
