"Just because your struggles aren’t visible doesn’t mean they’re any less valid". Your healing, progress, and feelings all matter deeply—take it one step at a time, and be gentle with yourself. It's okay to move freely, free from guilt or comparison. Remember, there’s no timeline for healing; you’re exactly where you need to be. Allow yourself the space to rest when needed and celebrate the small wins along the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now—just breathe, and trust that you’re doing enough. You are enough."
