Cosmic Kids Inc At Cosmic Kids Inc, our wish is that your kids get a well-rounded perspective on looking after thems I often thought yoga was about sitting down doing nothing.

Just really dreaming on a mat. But after watching my four children grow up to adults, always playing sport, always being active
I can see they missed out on a really important lesson. How to chill and breathe...
Fortunately, we managed to teach them these skills by situations that naturally occurred. Along comes yoga...well here you go
It’s actually 10 steps ahead
They learn to look after themselves,
The important word here is THEY have the responsibility
They learn to care for others
They learn about breathing
They learn to access
These tools are so important
But I’m not going to go on and on
Try it with them. Come see for yourself, and then ask them...

Let’s make sure our kids are active, playing sports etc, but let’s also make them complete. At Cosmic Kids Inc, our wish is that your kids get a well-rounded perspective on looking after themselves. Healthy body = Healthy Mind = Healthy Body
They don’t need to chase it, they can live it! This is why we get them to bring their own mats, have their own folder, learn the stances themselves…

It’s to make them the best they can be for them… not for us!
