☀️💛 Just a reminder to all our wonderful patients – with summer just around the corner, now’s the time to be thinking about sun safety and getting those skin checks done. Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, but the good news is that it’s largely preventable if caught early.

This week is all about taking action. So, if you’ve noticed any changes to your skin or can’t remember the last time you had a skin check, it might be time to book in and see your GP. A quick check could make all the difference.

And remember, don’t forget the basics: slip on a shirt, slop on some sunscreen, slap on a hat, seek shade, and slide on sunglasses. Let’s stay sun smart and look after our skin this summer ☀️

It’s that time of year again when we see the moustaches come out in full force – all for a great cause. Movember isn’t just about growing a mo; it’s about raising awareness for men’s health and reminding the men out there to look after themselves 🧔💪

This month, we're encouraging all the men in our community to take a moment to check in on their health. Whether it’s a routine check-up, mental health support, or any of those “I’ll get to it later” health concerns, now’s the perfect time to take action.

If you haven’t had a check-up in a while or just need a chat about your health, give us a call. Your health matters – to you, your family, and all of us here too 💙

We had an absolute ball at our recent End of Year Celebration!🥳

It was a great opportunity for everyone to get together for a fun relaxing night, and for us to say a BIG thank you to all of our doctors and staff across our 3 centres for their hard work and dedication to providing high-quality care and service to our patients in 2023. We really do have the best team at Compass Medical Group!

💖 I reckon this was our best professional development day yet 💖

CMG Leadership Team came together for a full day of learning, collaboration and creativity.

We sharpened our soft skills with Leah Mather's "Don't Shoot the Messanger" and got creative with amazing artist Katrina Fraser. I think we all agreed there are some untapped artistic talents at CMG! We are so proud of the beautiful collaborative art piece we made! 🎨🖼
