Manual Therapy - My Wonderful Journey

Hello lovely people, I am Valery, a qualified manual therapist with over 7 years of experience. Using a combination of different techniques such as massage, myofascial release, stretches, posture and movement tuning, I aim to help people return to being pain-free and fully functional.

Since childhood I have always enjoyed helping friends and family with their health issues and from a very young age, I intuitively used massage techniques to help others. This was the beginning of a lifelong journey in exploring health, pain and well being.

In 2012, I finished the Remedial Massage studies in Israel and set up her practice, ValTherapy Clinic. Over time, it became a caring home for several sports teams as well as individuals suffering from chronic or acute pain. With a great love of bringing people together and helping them achieve their goals, the clinic offered lots of workshops run by me and other teachers, as well as offering community services and teaching new skills to practitioners. I furthered my education and skills by adding many degrees throughout the years, including Osteopathic Orthopedics, Anatomy Trains, Myofascial Release (MFR), further Remedial Techniques, Fascial Release Therapy (FRT) and Structural Integration.

In 2018 our family moved to the Netherlands where I practiced manual therapy and started another local therapy community. During this year we traveled a lot and so I had many opportunities to learn and try different therapeutic approaches and methods. In 2019 we just fell in love with beautiful Australia and moved to Melbourne.
