Arcadia 4 ALL Our Team is dedicated in providing individualized support to assist with achieving NDIS goals as well as life goals of each of our amazing participants.

Your NDIS Service Provider offering individualized support with a holistic and communal approach in Day Service, Capacity Building, SIL, STA, in Home & Community throughout the Mornington Peninsula. From day to day home and social support to special event / access services CJ Castle can be there for each NDIS participant and their families. Our social services support team ranges in skill sets and "specialties" along with social interests to best engage with our clients. Our variety of staff and skill sets ensures that we can happily cover a multitude of tasks, requests as well as be consistent with ongoing support. This variety also ensures our clients have ample support on a long term basis. Arcadia 4 ALL provides Supported Independent Living and Capacity Building to clients across the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside regions as well as reaching out to Cranbourne/Clyde geographic. Access Community whether it be 1:1 (2:1) or small group bases means we offer quality over quantity and can ensure that our team will always be dedicated to the needs and wants of our clients as well as providing best practice when it comes to delivering a well balanced structure in each clients support delivery. Regardless of what is going on in the world Arcadia strives to offer a consistent range or programs for our clients, these can include sports and recreation, personal training through to arts and entertainment, we also have a range of life skill programs from cooking, shopping, gardening, maintenance, home care duties to name a few. Arcadia 4 ALL are always open and ready to take the next challenge or offering that presents itself to us. 🎤✨ A Night to Remember – Totally Stonez at Frankston Arts Centre ✨🎤

Last night, we had the absolute pleasure of attending the Totally Stonez Dinner & Show at the Frankston Arts Centre… and what a night it was.

From the moment we walked in, there was a real sense of occasion. Tables set, lights glowing, music building, you could feel something special was about to happen. But what made the night truly memorable wasn’t just the show… it was the people, the connection, and the shared experience.

There’s something powerful about sitting around a table together.

Sharing a meal.

Laughing.

Watching a performance.

Being present.

For many of the people we support, nights like this are more than just “going out”, they are opportunities to build confidence, practice social skills, engage with the community, and most importantly… feel included.

And that’s exactly what tonight delivered.

We saw smiles that didn’t fade.

Moments of pure joy.

Conversations flowing naturally.

Friendships strengthening right in front of us.

The music from Totally Stonez brought energy into the room – people tapping along, singing quietly, soaking in the atmosphere.

It wasn’t just entertainment… it was engagement.

And then there was the food, beautifully presented, something a little different, something to talk about, something to experience together.

These moments matter. They build independence, decision-making, and confidence in everyday settings that many take for granted.

But what stood out most?

Belonging.

At Arcadia 4 ALL, this is exactly why we do what we do.

We don’t just run programs.

We create environments where people can step into the community, not as observers… but as participants.

Where they can:
✔ Sit at the table

✔ Order a meal

✔ Enjoy a show

✔ Share a laugh

✔ Be part of something bigger

Because real support isn’t just about care, it’s about experience, connection, and opportunity.

Last night was a reminder that inclusion isn’t complicated…

We’re excited to launch four weeks of inclusive adventures designed for adults with disability to build confidence, friendships and real-life experiences in the community.

From March 30 – April 26, our Arcadia Family will enjoy a mix of creativity, movement and community outings including:

💧 Introducing WATER ARC – Aquatic Resilience & Conditioning

At Arcadia 4 ALL, we believe that movement should be inclusive, empowering, and enjoyable for everyone. That philosophy sits at the heart of our new Water ARC program, a structured aquatic session designed to help our participants build confidence, strength, and independence in a supportive environment.

Water ARC combines gentle warm-ups, strength movements, balance work, and cardiovascular activities, all adapted to suit a wide range of abilities. The natural resistance of water makes it the perfect environment for improving mobility, stability, endurance, and overall wellbeing — while keeping the experience fun and social.

Each session focuses on three simple ideas that guide everything we do:
🔹 MOVE – Encourage active bodies and confident movement
🔹 BUILD – Strength, coordination, and resilience
🔹 BREATHE – Relaxation, posture, and wellbeing

Most importantly, Water ARC is not just about exercise.
It is about participation, friendship, laughter, and building everyday confidence.

Whether participants join us 1:1 or in a group, every session is delivered with the same Arcadia approach — person-centred support, encouragement, and celebrating each individual’s progress.

We are excited to see our community move, build, breathe, and thrive in the water together.

Today at Arcadia 4 ALL, we pause to celebrate and honour the incredible women who shape our community every single day.

To the women in our team – the carers, mentors, leaders and quiet achievers who show up with patience, compassion and strength. The work you do changes lives, often in ways that aren’t always seen but are always deeply felt.

To the women in our Arcadia family – our participants, clients and the strong women who walk alongside them. Your courage, determination and spirit inspire us daily. You remind us that every journey is unique, and every step forward is worth celebrating.

To the mums, grandmothers, sisters, daughters and carers who support, advocate and love fiercely – you are often the backbone of the journeys we walk with families. Your strength and commitment never go unnoticed.

And on a personal note, I want to honour my amazing wife and business partner, Louise. Arcadia 4 ALL exists because of your heart, your vision and your unwavering belief in people. The kindness and dedication you bring to our community is something truly special, and I’m grateful every day to build this journey beside you.

FERRY~TRAIN~BUS & BISTRO
Today saw our team head across the bay as part of our BIG DAY OUT Programs with Searoad Ferries from Sorrento to Queenscliff to catch at steam train with Bellarine Railway and thanks to Queenscliff Bowling, Tennis and Croquet Club with the courtesy bus and delicious Bistro lunch it was an experience to remember.

A huge thank you to those that made today possible.
