Isn’t it wonderful when you have good news to share? 😊 After way tooooo long and a very looooong year, I’m happy to be bringing Bliss Out Classes back to Wallan on the last Friday of every month. 🙏🏼❤️

If you could do with some R&R, time to relax, recharge and rejuvenate, be sure to book your place. Places are limited and payment is required to secure your place.

At Bliss Out you will enjoy a guided relaxation and a short meditation, suitable for all levels. Create the space for you to deeply relax & unwind and enjoy the ongoing benefits throughout your week.

Some of you may know that I’ve been working full time for a mental health provider doing some great things to support many people doing it extra tough.

I love my work but I’ve deeply missed our Bliss Out Classes and the opportunity to offer them to my local community so have booked the last Friday of every month at Wallan Neighbourhood House and really hope to see you there! 🙏🏼

Bookings now open for:
Fridays 26th Feb, 26th March, 30th April 2021 7.30pm-8.45pm. $20 a class or $50 for 3.
Please feel free to share the good news!

Big ❤️ & Blessings, Jai 🌻

Hello friends from near and far,

May your day be filled with kind thoughts of yourself and others.

Dedicated to my beautiful friend Tina 🦋💖
All my love to you Benjamin Gregory

A beautiful quote from The Radiance Sutras, Lorin Roche, PhD.

“There is a place in the heart where everything meets.
Go there if you want to find me.
Mind, senses, soul, eternity, all are there.
Are you there?

Enter the bowl of vastness that is the heart.
Give yourself to it with total abandon.

Quiet ecstasy is there –

and a steady, regal sense of resting in a perfect spot.

Once you know the way
the nature of attention will call you
to return, again and again,
and be saturated with knowing,
“I belong here, I am at home here.”

So true. 🌻
May we all let the ‘busyness’ of Christmas sweep over us gently, and be reminded to take time out of our to do lists to simply be present. ❤️

Once again this beautiful man Jimmy Barnes is advocating for men’s mental health, encouraging men to speak up and reach out if they are not feeling okay and reminding them that they are not alone.

I am humbled to accept this Australian Radio Award for Best Documentary - Metropolitan I did on the Triple M Network for Mental Health.

I want to thank everyone involved in the special, particularly Gus Worland from Gotcha4Life, Commercial Radio Australia and a big shout out to Triple M for giving such an important topic a voice to young and older men around Australia. Men need men to talk to.

If you are struggling and you think there is no light at the end of the tunnel please ask for help. It might be a mate, a family member or a work colleague, reach out because you’re not alone. We are here.

Connecting to the present moment and practicing ‘acceptance’ without judgement of what already is, gives you the freedom of the busy mind. ❤️

When was the last time you enjoyed sitting under a tree? Touching the grass, and feeling it on your skin? Allowing yourself to be grounded by nature. Trees provide us with so much more than oxygen,…

Enjoying the vista, admiring nature, I noticed the top of the fence missing, followed by a recurring thought that visits me often about my love affair with ‘imperfection’. ❤️

There’s something about imperfection that lights me up from within. I think it’s the dear old friend of ‘acceptance’ and ‘non-judgement’ and together they allow us to see things in all their glory. ❤️
