✨This time of year in the lead up to Christmas can be challenging, especially if you’re an empath.

There’s such a build of energy with more running around, more events, time with people you really don’t want to hang with which can lead to more stress.

Having some practical energetic strategies can really help. Make sure to check out the slides for some boundaries that just may make the difference for you, and help you ease through this period.
