A bit of a personal post from me today.
Yesterday I gave our family wishing space a Spring clean. This is a place I have set up to energetically support us as individuals and as a family.
First I gave it a physical clean and used Rebecca's beautiful Wood element mist to help us tune into the uplifting energy of Spring. I then wrote my current intentions for our family and used kinesiology to test up what will support us in achieving our goals.
The 4 shells in the photo represent each of us, collected by my son on a family holiday in Port Douglas last year. We have a different flower essence and crystal supporting each of us (I test most days to see if we need a new one).
We also have some animal helpers (a bird-messengers of god, representing lightness and a ladybug- good luck and abundance), words of affirmation and trinkets gifted to me over the years, plenty of love and a teacup candle, given to me a long time ago by my first ever best friend, representing community and connection.
It was a lovely moment when I opened up our previous family goal and realised, for the most part, we have achieved the things I had wished for for us at the start of this year.
Last year was such a big year of change for our family and this year we have been navigating those changes. Having this extra support is something little I can do, that has a ripple effect in our lives.
As my wonderfully wise friend Tiff commented when I sent her the photo of that little bit mighty piece of paper with our goals on it, it's so good when our great challenges drift away into the past.
I have now set our new family intentions and can already feel things shifting to help us align to our new goals. I was also reminded by my body last night that it is still holding onto some things that I am now aware of and working on.
I wanted to share this today as it's so easy to keep moving from one goal to another and it felt important to reflect and celebrate.
I know I say it all the time, but I am so grateful for this gift of kinesiology and continually amazed and inspired by it's power.
As always, if you could use some support, I'd love to help. 🩷
