I’m a very passionate Midwife, a Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and a Pregnancy / Postnatal Massage therapist. I have ventured into my own business to focus on nurturing pregnant women through massage here at Hands on Wellness 💚 My focus with pregnancy massage is to promot

e relaxation, relieve general physical discomfort and connect with their growing baby. I combine this work with providing couples with private Lamaze Childbirth classes to teach them all about labour, birth, breastfeeding and early parenthood. All in the comfort of their own home and at times to suit their busy schedules. My goal with childbirth education is to empower couples with updated, evidence - based information so they can make confident, informed decisions about the birth they want. I am a mobile service based in Bayside Melbourne.

It’s only been a week but I’m missing my gorgeous couple Melissa & Tristan (and Quinnie!) after completing our 4 sessions of private Childbirth classes together in their home. From our first visit where they said “we know nothing!” to our last class - it was such a great pleasure to help them prepare for the birth of their baby. I could feel their confidence grow and to learn at home with them was so much more relaxed and fun! Thank you for having me - you’ll be magnificent whichever way your birth journey takes you! ❤️❤️
