✨ Casual Part-Time Receptionist Wanted (Kilsyth) ✨

Inner Light Allied Health is a warm and welcoming allied health clinic in Kilsyth, supporting children, teens, adults and families across all walks of life. We work alongside our community through a wide range of life experiences, including transitions within family life, starting or finishing school, neurodiversity support, and the everyday challenges that can impact wellbeing, connection and confidence.
Our clinic is growing quickly and we have recently expanded, with two psychologists now taking bookings, so we are looking for a casual part-time receptionist/admin team member to join us.

🐾 Bonus: We have therapy dogs on site (Luna and Mako), so cuddles at reception may happen.

Role includes reception duties, phone/email support, managing bookings and invoicing, and Medicare and NDIS admin.

Essential requirements: Experience with client booking systems (Halaxy - even better), understanding of Medicare processes, and understanding of NDIS processes.

Inner Light Allied Health is a neuroaffirming practice based in Kilsyth, Melbourne, and we’re excited to welcome two wonderful new psychologists to our team.

At Inner Light, neuroaffirming care isn’t just a value, it’s how we practise. This includes clinicians with lived experience, inclusive and respectful language, sensory-friendly therapy spaces, and therapy dogs available for regulation and comfort 🐾

🌿 Jodi (adults only) brings extensive experience in EMDR and trauma therapy. She is known for creating a space that feels warm, respectful, and genuinely collaborative. Jodi also has stick insects who serve as a gentle, grounding presence for those who enjoy quiet connection with nature.

🌼 Bella works with all ages, supporting a wide range of presentations with an interest in neurodivergence, grief, adjustment difficulties, and health-related concerns. She is friendly, welcoming, and deeply nurturing, helping clients feel safe and supported from the very first session.

Isabella brings an integrative, warm and compassionate approach to her work with clients across the lifespan. She strives to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.

Jodi is a warm, collaborative and client-centred psychologist committed to supporting individuals through both short-term challenges and longer-term complex difficulties. She takes a strength based approach, working alongside clients to co-create treatment plans that honour their unique preferences, values, and lived experiences.

Jodi draws from evidence based approaches including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic techniques, and Narrative therapies. She creates a therapeutic space grounded in respect, collaboration, and authenticity.
