Good luck to Kelly 🤞🏻it’s been lovely having you in the pool again this time for baby number2 🥰

Aqua exercise is highly recommended for post natal as well as prenatal workouts. It’s good to be in the water usually about 6 weeks from delivery to start recovery and strengthening in a safe environment. The guidelines strongly suggest low impact activities for the first 6 postnatal months to protect your recovering pelvic floor and pelvic girdle joints. Aqua exercise is ideal! 💦

We're back! 🎉The winter break is over and classes start next week👏

Water exercise is brilliant during your second and third trimesters. Brilliant for you AND your baby!
💦Buoyancy lifts and supports your baby body making it easy and enjoyable to move.
💦Water's pressure (known as hydrostatic pressure) increases blood flow to your core (including your heart and placenta)
💦Pool water temps up to 32deg C keeps your body temperature under control for safe moderate intensity exercise.
