I’m

I’m the practitioner and founder of

I’m a Chinese medicine practitioner with extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (known as NLP).

In my 15 years of practice I’ve done a tonne of additional study on fertility, women’s health, integrative medicine, mental health, hypnosis… the list goes on!

I treat a wide variety of health concerns in clinic.

However, my niche focus is working with women to support their physical and emotional wellbeing.

It is my FAVOURITE thing.

I achieve this through integration of the hormones through all stages of life, by regulating and supporting the gut and immune system, improving sleep and energy and relieving pain.

We work together to find balance in the emotional landscape.

I do this by spending the time finding out exactly who my patient is and how they operate in this world.

I find out their values, belief systems and how they show up and take care of themselves.

As we work together, very often, we uncover ways of operating in the world that are not working for them any more.

Maybe they are tied in with old values or beliefs that are no longer true,

Maybe they are a result of trauma or stress.

Either way, we work together to break down these un-useful ways,

Together we create new, generative, life-affirming ways of being in the world.

There are many women out there who are wanting to make this kind of change in their lives, but are just not sure how to start.

This is where I come in.

The kind of patients that I tend to attract are those who are deeply desiring this kind of change in their lives.

This process can be messy, it can feel uncomfortable, there may be tears.

But believe me, it is worthwhile.

It is my greatest honour to be able to walk alongside these women as they make change.

As a fertility acupuncturist, these are my three favourite recommendations for preconception care 🤰🏾

These are things you can easily DIY,

Things I recommend day after day in clinic,

And in my opinion, these are the things that really move the needle in supporting optimal preconception health

1. Avoid cold

Cold impacts women’s bodies, and I recommend avoiding cold and raw foods and drinks and other forms of cold exposure

2. Support your stress

Engage with practices to help ease stress levels, regularly.

I love ‘green exercise’, moving your body in nature as it is particularly soothing for the nervous system

3. Test early

Rather than ‘wait and see’, I recommend getting some testing done early in the piece

This allows time and space to address any imbalances early

I hope these recommendations help 🙂

There’s nothing I hate more than hearing about women being told

“It’s just period pain” by their healthcare providers 🤬😤🤯

It’s not just period pain

It impacts women’s lives in significant ways:

Time off work, missing out on fun activities, having to push through and suffer, looking ahead on the calendar and worrying about whether period pain will ruin an event or a holiday

And the emotional strain of simply dealing with the pain, aggravated by the difficulty that women are met with when they seek help…

There can be so many different factors contributing to period pain, as well as more serious inflammatory and endocrinological conditions that can cause period pain

As a fertility and women’s health acupuncturist, one of the greatest honours of my work is supporting women after their babies arrive

Not just while they’re trying to conceive or during pregnancy

And yes… sometimes that support includes baby snuggles 🥰

(Let’s be honest here, it’s one of the best parts of the job!)

At , we lovingly encourage women to continue their care in the postnatal period

Sometimes that means bringing your little one along to your appointment

And you are always so welcome to do so

So much of the fertility journey is focused on TTC and pregnancy

But once baby arrives earthside, the attention naturally shifts to bubs

Any woman who’s had to seek support in diagnosing a health issue will likely be able to tell you:

That oftentimes, women’s voices are ignored.

Symptoms, pain, discomfort, fatigue are minimised.

There is a long history of women’s health concerns being dismissed by the health system,

Leaving women to suffer for extended periods before receiving a diagnosis and proper treatment.

This is Not Good Enough.

I encourage women to use their voice when seeking health support. This might look like:

Reassuring them that their symptoms are not normal, not just a part of getting older, that they are not being too sensitive

Preparing a list of questions or concerns to raise

Getting support to know what tests to ask for, and how to ask for them

Reminding them that their healthcare provider is working for them, that they have the right to be heard and receive appropriate care

And supporting them in finding a provider who will take their health concerns seriously 💪🏻

When you are working with me, I will support you through this. I will give you the tools to advocate for yourself.

I am a women’s health acupuncturist.

I will listen to your health concerns, and will hear your voice.

To savour the pleasure in life

2026 is the year of the Fire Horse in Chinese astrology 🐎

And for me, as someone born in the year of the Rooster, it’s set to be a big year: dynamic action, lots of expansion and with that, lots of work 💪🏻

Therefore, it’s key for me to counterbalance the Yang dynamism with adequate Yin repose

This is me, taking in the Berlin summer sunshine on Neuer See in Tiergarten last year 🥰

THIS is the dolce far niente vibe I’m cultivating this year
