🚨 Support Workers Needed – Complex & High-Intensity Care (Melbourne + Regional)

We are a specialist NDIS provider supporting complex, high-risk participants including psychosocial mental health, ABI, MND and hospital-to-home transitions.

This role is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.

✅ Who This Role Is For

We’re looking for support workers who:

Are calm under pressure

Have experience with complex or psychosocial clients

Can handle short-notice shifts when required

Communicate clearly and professionally

Show up when they say they will

Reliability matters more to us than years of experience.

❌ This Role Is NOT For You If

You cancel shifts last minute

You only want easy or low-support clients

You struggle with boundaries or escalation

You’re just “seeing what’s out there”

We’d rather say no upfront than waste each other’s time.

🧠 Experience We Value

Mental health / psychosocial support

ABI, MND, complex physical support

Hospital, rehab, or crisis settings

Behaviour support exposure (non-therapeutic)

⏰ Work Structure

Casual / contractor

Mix of metro Melbourne + occasional regional work (Ballarat / Geelong)

Day, evening, and extended-hour shifts

📋 Minimum Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check

WWCC

First Aid & CPR

Experience in disability or mental health support

Strong communication skills

Urgent Requirement – Female Support Workers

We are urgently seeking female support workers for a female participant who is due to be discharged from hospital.

Shifts will commence from Monday, starting at The Medical Center, Kew, and will then transition to the participant’s home in Pascoe Vale.

Requirements:

Relevant support work experience

Manual handling experience is mandatory

Nursing students or candidates with nursing experience will be highly regarded

We are currently building a new support team and require four (4) workers to commence.
