𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.
Sipping Duck was born in Cairns over a decade ago. Not because it was trendy, but because 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲.

Fi and Lance built the roastery, opened the cafés, and slowly started supplying beans to other local spots who wanted the same thing we did: honest coffee, roasted with care, by people who live here too.

Today, you'll find our beans in boutique cafés, grocers, and eco-stays across Far North Queensland. From Port Douglas to the Tablelands, Kuranda to Mission Beach. Every bag is roasted in small batches, right here in Portsmith, and delivered fresh to the places 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀.

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲. 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀.
Because the best coffee doesn't need to come from somewhere else, it can come from right here, made by people who understand the weather, the pace, and the community.
