Feeling a bit “knot” yourself lately? 😣
Tight, sore, or just need a little tension relief between myotherapy or remedial massage sessions? Try these easy at-home tricks 👇
🔹 Sore feet (plantar fasciitis)?
Roll a frozen water bottle under your foot for 5–10 minutes — it cools things down and gently stretches the arch.
🔹 Jaw or face tension (TMJ)?
Use your fingertips to make small, slow circles just in front of your ears and along your cheekbones. Keep it gentle — you’re relaxing the muscle, not wrestling it!
🔹 Tight shoulders or glutes?
Grab a tennis ball, stand against a wall and roll slowly until you find a tender spot. Pause there, breathe, and let the pressure do its thing.
🔹 Forearm strain from typing or scrolling?
Use your opposite thumb to massage from elbow to wrist — firm but comfy, and stay off the bone.
💡 Self-massage should feel good, not bruising!
