Karen Ellingsen — Counsellor & Certified Grief Educator, Love & Loss Grief Counselling
Caring for others often means holding space for deep emotions — both theirs and your own. This

how grief presents in those they support.
Together, we’ll explore:
🌸 Navigating changes in your caring role
🌸 Ambiguous & anticipatory grief
🌸 Expressing and accepting thoughts, fears, and emotions
🌸 Starting difficult conversations
🌸 Building your circle of support
🌸 Prioritising self-care
Date: Wednesday, 26th November 2025 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM

On Remembrance Day, we reflect on the sacrifices made for our freedom and we’re reminded of the importance of building a society where everyone is included and supported.
