TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE VIRTUALS MORE ENJOYABLE!
- Take your device and equipment to a park, setting up outside in the fresh air so you're out of the house (remember you can train outside on your own or with a friend, just can't run PT or classes)
- Set up an area to train that is seperate to where you work, rest, eat. Will seperate the energy dynamics so you feel like you are getting away from the day to exercise.
- Eat well and drink plenty of water, like most things you will feel better exercising when you are well fed and hydrated.
- Positive attitude! As much as they may not be your preferred methods of training staying positive and positive reinforcement with what you are able to do can shift the experience rather than dreading it.
- Join a class where they make the classes different each time, challenging, creative and that you enjoy the actual session
Staying active and exercising lockdowns can be the ENTIRE difference in whether your mental health suffers or flourishes, keep moving! 💪
