If you're considering a series of cosmetic acupuncture treatments, you may be wondering what it feels like? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well, the first thing I would definitely say is it's certainly not painful. That's what I think most people worry about if they haven't had acupuncture before and maybe are also concerned about having needles in their face.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's not painful for two main reasons - the needles I use are the most expensive and finest needles in the world, they are Japanese and are manufactured with microscopic rounded tips. Plus they are super smooth. Also I have been taught and I practice painless needle insertion. Yes, you do feel some slight pressure but clients describe it as a warm sensation around the needle.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Secondly, I'd definitely say it's relaxing. How do I know this? Well it's because most of my clients go to sleep! Yes, they actually doze off for 10 minutes or more. The first time it happens they are usually a bit surprised.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Week 5 to 7⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The results of the stimulation of collagen with cosmetic acupuncture now becomes evident. The skin around the mouth and cheeks feels tighter and lines are beginning to soften. The soft tissue of the face feels firmer and denser. There is a visible and palpable plumping out in targeted areas where there has been loss of volume. Muscles in the face will feel lifted and eyes will look brighter and be more open.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Week 8 to 12⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Usually, the best overall changes occur between weeks eight & twelve.
