Many of us live with anxiety.
For some it’s daily, for others it’s situational.
Sometimes the grip is tight, other times it’s soft.
I am sharing the things I use when trying to regulate my nervous system.
I choose what feels right in the moment.

It was such a delightful 3 days in the country speaking to 110 women at the Lockington Ladies Lunch for International Day of Rural Women.
I began my talk with a guided meditation then I shared my 10 Pillars of Wellness for a Long and Healthy Life.
One of the pillars I talked about was Community/Connection/Belonging and these women have this in spades. I was so touched by how warmly I was welcomed to their very special town.

•This community is small and mighty
• They genuinely care for each other
• They have a deep sense of appreciation for what they have
• They have worked hard on the land their whole lives (primarily in dairy farming)
• “Time stands still in Lockington.” - What an amazing way to describe how it feels to live there
• There is an incredible volunteer base, volunteerism is at the core of almost every local community group & there are many different ways to participate in the community
• They have a strong “get it done” mentality
• The pub was recently named Victoria’s Best Country Pub
• They really look after their elders

When I was packing for this trip I added 13 copies of my book at the last minute thinking I’d likely leave them in the car.
I ended up placing them on the stage behind me & at the end of my talk I briefly shared about why I wrote the book & that I was giving all the copies away to anyone who needs them.
I was immediately surrounded by mothers who have lost children & those who have someone close to them who have lost a child.
They all shared their stories with me. An unforgettable moment.
I wish I had more books with me because I could have given more.
Then, a beautiful thing happened. Belinda, the lovely lady who owns a clothing store in a neighboring town, said she’d like to stock the book in her store so that more people can have it.
Such a kind gesture!

Hi, my name is Sara Green and I am thrilled to be joining the Jade team.

I am a wellness expert and health coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.

I have a background as a registered nurse and a private chef.
I am also a published author, my book is called The Gifts From Losing You.
In my 11 years+ as a health coach, I have helped people transform their lives through private coaching, wellness retreats, group classes, corporate offerings, and guest speaking.
