Many of us live with anxiety.
For some it’s daily, for others it’s situational.
Sometimes the grip is tight, other times it’s soft.
I am sharing the things I use when trying to regulate my nervous system.
I choose what feels right in the moment.

39. And finally the most important: UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and CONNECTION with family and friends and myself, TRUST in myself, and FAITH that I am divinely protected no matter what 💚
The list is long, hopefully there are some new ideas here to calm, soothe, and ground. 🤍
