I’m excited to share that AT Grace is now collaborating with Centre4Health in Caulfield!

From this week, I’ll be teaching Yoga and Chair Yoga classes at the clinic, supporting locals who want to move with more ease, release tension, and build better habits for everyday life.

A big thank you to Joshua Balbin for welcoming me into the Centre4Health space and making this collaboration possible. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to bring my work into such a supportive physiotherapy environment.
