Hey, just wanted to share something I’ve put together that might be helpful - or maybe relevant to someone you know.
I’ve been working with a lot of clients lately, dealing with stress-related issues: sleep trouble, body tension, mental fatigue… all the stuff that creeps in quietly but really affects how we show up.
So I’m running a small, in-person course here in Melbourne - six weekly sessions, starting 3 March - with practical techniques to support nervous system regulation and reduce chronic stress.
It’s very grounded, no fluff. Breathwork, somatic tools, mindfulness — simple and effective.
