🌶️ Spicy One-Pot Beef & Veggies
2 Servings | ⏱️ 25 Minutes

Ingredients 🛒
• 225 g extra lean ground beef
• 1 red capsicum, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• Italian seasoning
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 cup kale leaves, finely chopped
• ⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
• 2 spring onion stalks, chopped

Directions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add beef and break it up as it browns. Cook until no longer pink, draining excess fat if needed.
2️⃣ Add capsicum and tomato. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tomatoes release their juices.
3️⃣ Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Add kale and olives, stirring until kale wilts.
4️⃣ Continue cooking for 5–8 minutes, stirring often, until capsicum are tender. Divide between plates, top with spring onions, and add extra chilli if desired. Enjoy!

Notes ✨
🥡 Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to 3 days
🧄 More flavour? Add fresh garlic or finish with sea salt
🌱 Make it vegan: swap beef for lentils
🍚 Serve with cauliflower rice, brown rice, quinoa, or a side salad

BANDED GLUTE BRIDGES 🍑🔥

A simple move that fires up your glutes, strengthens your hips, and improves lower-body stability.

How to do it:
• Place a loop band just above your knees
• Lie on your back, feet flat, hip-width apart
• Push your knees slightly out against the band
• Drive through your heels and lift your hips
• Squeeze your glutes at the top
• Lower with control
Repeat: 12–15 reps x 3 sets

Why it works:
• Activates glutes more effectively
• Strengthens hip muscles
• Great for pre-workout warm-ups
• Helps improve posture and reduce lower-back strain

Creamy Dill Chicken with Rice

Ingredients

1/2 cup Jasmine Rice (uncooked)
220 grams Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped, plus more for garnish)
2 tbsp Water
12 Cremini Mushrooms (sliced)

Directions

1. Cook the rice according to the directions on the package

2. Preheat the oven to 220ºC (425ºF). Line a baking sheet with foil. Flatten the
chicken breast with a mallet or rolling pin to about half-inch thick.

3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and dill.

4. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and evenly spread the creamy dill
sauce overtop. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Slice into strips.

5. Meanwhile, heat the water in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the
mushrooms for about three minutes or until soft. Add more water as needed to
prevent sticking.

6. Divide the rice, mushrooms and chicken onto plates and garnish with
additional dill (optional). Enjoy!

Notes:

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

More flavour: Use broth instead of water to cook the rice and mushrooms. Sauté onions and garlic with the mushrooms. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and/or salt to the creamy dill sauce

Additional Toppings: A squeeze of lemon juice.

Egg-Free: Use a vegan or egg-free mayonnaise instead.

No White Rice: Use brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice and adjust the cooking time and quantity accordingly.
