8 years ago I took myself on a spontaneous trip to Sri Lanka. I've been there before with my family to visit Dads home where he grew up, though this time was different. It was just for me.
I booked an unbelievable location surrounded by nature, practiced yoga, surfed, explored and had the most magical time. ✨️

I remember thinking right here, just before this photo was taken in this Shala.
"One day I want to teach yoga here".

Well, the next year I did my first ever yoga training and fast forward to now.....retreat number 4 will be right here, Srilanka. ✨️🌴

As we land in the warmer months of summer, we're moving into the energy off Fire. One of the Five Chinese Elements.
Fire represents warmth, passion, creativity and joy. 🌞🌞🌞
