TMJ - Jaw Pain:
It’s a real thing. And our 15min treatment can really make an impact. There’s no “tapping out” unless I include it into the treatment 😜

How to manage TMJ:
- Identify and reduce stress factors
- Relax the face
- Adjust your sleep position
