How to manage TMJ:
- Identify and reduce stress factors
- Relax the face
- Adjust your sleep position
- Be aware when jaw clenching
- Eat softer foods
- Practise simple jaw exercises and Stretch your jaw
- Ask your dentist about mouth-guards or even Botox
