We’ve been loving our 2026 Run Club!
A great opportunity to move without having to design your own session.
We do a variety of intervals which are adjusted for all fitness levels, building both capacity and strength.
It’s been awesome to watch everyone improve, matched with many beautiful sunrises!
Every second Tuesday at 6.30am - completely FREE and for everyone, even non-members 🏃 🌅 🤗
