Meet Paul 👋🏼
Paul’s one of our newest coaches at 5th Element, and he’s all about helping busy adults feel strong, capable, and consistent again, without the ego or confusion.
Before coaching, Paul was a chef. Long hours, stress, and a lifestyle he’ll openly say wasn’t serving him.
He used to smoke, drink too much, and eat in a way that didn’t match how he wanted to feel.
Training became the turning point.
He went from being underweight at 65kg for years to building real strength and adding 10kg of muscle.
His biggest takeaway?
Consistency beats motivation, every time.
Paul’s coaching style is direct, instructional and empathetic. He’ll teach you how to lift properly, progress safely, and push yourself with confidence, no matter your starting point.
He also brings a chef’s mindset to nutrition: healthy eating shouldn’t be bland or miserable. It should be realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
